Remembrance Poppy Installation

The Remembrance Poppy Installation, which will start to fill the quad after half term, has been enthusiastically embraced by all GMS’s students and staff.

The overwhelming response to the bottle drive means that over 1500 have been collected, so the bottle collection is now stopping.

Very soon, the number of plastic bottles will be being counted and house points awarded accordingly, with recognition for students who contributed the most.

Many thanks to Mrs Joseph-Stewart for leading on this amazing undertaking, and the team and students helping her.

We look forward to after half-term when the installation will begin.
