Sal Dunn: Selected for GB

GMS’s own Sal Dunn has been selected to represent Great Britain at the Munich Regatta in May in the U19 GB Quad Sculls. He is the first from GMSBC, in recent times, to be invited to represent GB as a top-level Junior.

Sal has been a fully committed rower for GMS for a long time and this is a well-deserved opportunity to take his love of the sport to a different level. In our website reports, Sal has been named rowing in numerous regattas, at Dorney, Henley, London and in Ireland. He features in numerous top crews, from his prowess in a single scull at trials , to stroking the England four last summer and many other highlights over his time.

We congratulate Sal and wish him all the very best in May.

The rowing programme in GMS is excellent and we thank all those involved for encouraging our young rowers to ‘reach for their personal best’. Most especially, thanks to Mr Murison, who has dedicated his time to making GMS a force to be reckoned with on the rowing circuit.
