TEACHER OF COMPUTER SCIENCE

Great Marlow School is a successful, highly regarded, popular school. We are looking for an outstanding teacher to join the Computer Science Department, with a commitment to delivering creative and engaging lessons across KS3, KS4 and KS5. We wish to appoint an inspiring, well-qualified, teacher, with excellent subject knowledge and a strong classroom presence that commands the respect of students. Applications are welcomed from experienced teachers who would like to further their career in this dynamic learning environment and from teachers who are new to the profession.
Computer Science is taught at KS4 and KS5. For GCSE, there are two courses offered – AQA GCSE Computer Science and Cambridge Nationals in Information Technologies. For A-Level, students undertake a Level 3 BTEC in Information Technology.

We are looking for an outstanding teacher to join our Mathematics department with a commitment to the development of creative and engaging teaching across KS3, GCSE and A level phases. We wish to appoint a qualified and committed teacher, who has excellent subject knowledge with a strong classroom presence, who is committed to inspiring and motivating our students through the highest expectations.
At Key Stage 4, there is the additional option of students taking GCSE Statistics. In the Sixth Form both A level Mathematics and Statistics are offered

We wish to appoint a qualified and committed teacher, who has excellent subject knowledge with a strong classroom presence, who is committed to inspiring and motivating our students through the highest expectations.
At Key Stage 4, students follow either the Combined Science Trilogy or Triple Science. In the Sixth Form, Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Psychology are all offered at A-Level.

25 hrs p.w. term time only (38 weeks)
Monday to Friday 9.00am – 3.00pm
NJC Range 2, Scale 6 – 12, £19.171 to £21,589 p.a. pro rata
We require an LSA to join our enthusiastic and committed team supporting children with Special Educational Needs throughout the school. We are an oversubscribed school and the school of choice for many students with Special Educational Needs due to the excellent level of support and care provided. The successful candidate will primarily be supporting students within lessons and will be expected to attend appropriate training offered by the school. Experience of supporting students is advantageous but not compulsory as training will be provided. This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
