GMS wishes to announce changes to the Parent & Carers menu of the website.

Firstly, there is a completely NEW menu item called Bucks Family Information Service. Hovering over this title opens up two categories that give information about where and how to access vital support.

The Buckinghamshire Family Information Service is part of Buckinghamshire Council’s Family Support Service. The Family Support Service runs family centres and offers help to children, young people and families before problems become overwhelming. Their aim is to be the front door to support, allowing help to be found quickly and readily.

Moreover, they have the capability to request additional support from the Family Support Service, such as one-to-one help or access to registering for one of the smaller, confidential groups at family centres.

Other online services, of interest to parents and carers, are now situated in a menu item called ‘Parent/Carer Services’, under the Parent & Carers menu.

Hovering over the menu item opens Groupcall Xpressions, Parents’ Evening System and Wisepay Payment System.
