Literary Festival

This week is the annual GMS’s Literary Festival. It is packed with interactive activities to engage all ages and atitiudes.
Monday 4th  –  Marlow Energy Group Writing Competition E2
 
Tuesday 5th  – Yr7 House Competition Spelling Bee E2 (Break 2)
 
Wednesday 6th – Y10/11 Master Class in Unseen Poetry E3 (Break 1)
Y8 House Competition Spelling Bee E3 (Break 2)
KS3 Book Club to explore the World Book Day books (all KS3 welcome) E2 (Break 2)
Thursday 7th  –  World Book Day Y7 Dress Up.  All students in Year 7 are invited to come to school dressed as a book character.  The senior prefect team will be selecting their favourite costumes from each form to win a small prize. Miss Miles will choose the winning costume.

There is no obligation to dress up.  Students who do not wish to do so can wear their usual school uniform.

Friday 8th  – Young Science Writers Competition (LBr) (Break 1)
