Music: Summer Concert

On Tuesday 18 July, the Music Department will host their final event of the academic year: the Summer Concert. Showcasing the outstanding musical talent and commitment of students at Great Marlow School, the Summer Concert will feature students’ performing from all year groups in a variety of ensembles.
The theme of the concert is ‘Picnic in the Park’ and will take place on the school field. Our field is perfect as a location for an evening’s entertainment: bring a camping chair, picnic blanket, family and friends, to sit and enjoy a brilliant evening of music. If the weather turns, the concert will take place in the hall.

The Music Department is delighted to announce the following:

• The Friends of Great Marlow School (FoGMS) will be running a bar throughout the evening, and some sweet treats, too.
• Sam from Innovate will be running a BBQ.
• Mrs Legerton will be hosting a bookstore, to kick-start your summer reading.

Doors will open at 6.30 pm and the concert will start at 7.00 pm. Tickets cost £5 for adults, (£2.50 concession). To purchase a ticket, please use the school’s payment WisePay https://www.wisepay.co.uk/store/generic/parent_login.asp .

If you are not a member of the Great Marlow School community or do not have a child at Great Marlow School and would like to purchase a ticket, there is  QR code to scan, which was on the letter that went out.
