Sixth Form Open Evening: 9th November

• To minimise the number of visitors, we ask that only one parent or carer of Year 11 accompany their child to Open Evening this year.  To attend the Open Evening, parents/ carers must book a place via the school website. Only parents/ carers with a pre-booked place will be allowed on site. 
• The Open Evening has been divided into two separate time blocks, to limit the number of visitors on site. (Slot One 5.00pm – 6.00pm and Slot Two 6.00pm – 7.00pm).
• The number of visitors for the Open Evening will be capped.   

All Open Evening sessions will begin with the Head of Sixth Form’s presentation in the main hall; afterwards all visitors will have an opportunity to tour the school, speak to subject leaders, senior leaders, teachers, and current KS5 students.

To book a place at the Open Evening you will need to register via a link, accessed below. Please note, the link to the booking process will go live on Tuesday 2nd November at 7pm; it will remain open until 7pm on Monday 8th November. If both slots become full, there will be a link to add your name to a waiting list. We will run an Open Morning at the beginning of the Spring Term, if the Open Evening is oversubscribed, only for those parents/children who were unable to book to attend the Open Evening.
