Cake Sale Raises Money for Macmillan

At lunchtime, on Friday 27th September, form 70 raised an impressive total of £111.17 for Macmillan Cancer Support.

All members of 70 worked extremely hard to prepare for the big day by designing posters to advertise the event around the school site, visiting other forms during registration and of course, by bringing in lots of delicious homemade cakes to sell!

The cake sale was a great success! 70 would like to thank all students and members of staff who donated to a great cause.

Thanks to their kind donations, the money raised will help Macmillan to continue the amazing work they do, by supporting individuals who are affected by cancer every step of the way from the moment of diagnosis. Well done 70!
