Book Amnesty

The librarians have noticed that there are several books missing from the library shelves. Of course, it is wonderful that someone has considered them enticing enough to be borrowed, however, it would be of great benefit to have them returned so other students can read them, too.
To avoid a child feeling embarrassed about returning a book they may have not signed out correctly, there is a book amnesty in place that will operate until the end of term.
GMS ask that students, with a little help from parents and carers, search at home for books that belong to the library, bring them to school and drop them in the amnesty box by the Christmas tree in the library; no comments will be made.
