Y11 Virtual Parents’/ Carers’ Evening: 5th March

This terms’s Year 11 Virtual Parents’ and Carers’ Evening takes place on Tuesday 5th March 2024, from 4:30 pm – 7:30 pm.
This important evening provides parents and carers with an opportunity to discuss progress in the mock exams, ahead of the Summer GCSE exams.The school has an easy-to-use online appointment booking system. This allows participants to choose their appointment times with teachers confirmed by email.
Appointments can be made from Tuesday 27th February at 8 pm until Sunday 3rd March at 6 pm. Should you wish to make any changes after this date please contact the school office.

Login requires the following information:
• Parent/Carer Surname
• Student’s First Name
• Student’s Surname
• Student’s Date of Birth

There are a limited number of slots for each member of staff and sometimes there are no appointments available, if that is the case, please add your name to the waiting list for that member of staff.

Please be aware that after 5 minutes the appointment will automatically end, there will be a countdown, but it can feel a little abrupt. The teacher is automatically moved to the next appointment by the online system.
