Key Stage 3,
Trips
To link with the Year 8 curriculum, the Citizenship Department at Great Marlow School organised a trip for twenty-nine lucky pupils to the Houses of Parliament last December. It was a great opportunity for them to explore the heart of democracy in the United Kingdom. They had a guided tour of Parliament, followed by a workshop on making laws, as well as a Q&A session with Dominic Grieve QC, our local MP.
Congratulations to all the students for their enthusiastic participation, and thank you to the staff who organised it.
