Year 8 Parents’ Evening

GMS would like to invite you to attend our Parents’ Evening on Thursday 21st June 2018, between 4:30 pm and 7:30 pm. This is an important evening and provides you with an opportunity to meet with your child’s subject teachers and discuss their progress.

We use an online appointment booking system. This allows you to choose your own appointment times with teachers and you will receive an email confirming your appointments.

Please note that when you are making appointments for science it is under Integrated Science.

Appointments can be made from Thursday 7th June at 5 pm and will close on Thursday 14th June at 3 pm. Should you wish to make any changes after this date please contact the school office.

We also ask you to print off your appointments or save them to your mobile device.

If you do not have access to the internet, please contact the school office who will arrange for appointments to be made on your behalf.

Please add your name to the waiting list for that member of staff; if an appointment becomes available the teacher will make contact to let you know. Alternatively, staff will be in touch either before or after 21st June to discuss the progress of your son or daughter.

Despite increasing the number of parking spaces on site, we still have limited parking for these large events and, therefore, if you are able to walk please do so.
