Year 9 Parents’ Evening

GMS would like to invite all parents and carers of Year 9 to a Parents’ Evening on Thursday 16th March 2017 from 4.30pm. The school regards this as an important evening that provides parents and carers with the opportunity to meet with subject teachers to discuss their child’s progress.

The Online Appointment Booking facility allows appointments to be made from 16.30 until 19.30 on the 9th February. Booking online is easy and effective. Once the preferred appointment time has been logged, parents and carers receive an email confirming their appointments. Over time, this has proved to be better than the paper system, but GMS does welcome feedback, which you will have the opportunity to provide on the evening and via the online system.

Appointments can be made from the Thursday 2nd March until Thursday 9th March at 14:00.  Should appointments or changes to appointments need to be made, after this date, please contact the school office.
