The Sixth Form Interact Team have decided to hold a two round Bingo event, which they hope will successfully raise money for the charitable work the Rotary Club do, including funding to combat diseases; funding to provide access to clean water, sanitation, and hygiene; funding for nurturing education; and promoting peace.
Each year, GMS has a joint fundraising event, and the Interact Team are pleased to announce that this year’s contributions will play a crucial role in alleviating the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Ukraine. Rotary and Rotaract clubs across Europe, and worldwide, are collaborating with local members to fund essential resources such as information, transportation, medical equipment, and shelter for refugees in Ukraine. This conflict is close to many people because the school has Ukrainian refugees and Marlow residents are hosts. Great Marlow Interact is working hard to make this event a resounding success.
- The event is on March 27th from 6 pm to 7.30 pm.
- The entry fee is £2 and can be paid either online via WisePay, or on the day with cash.
The evening promises to be a great deal of fun. Apart from the Bingo, refreshments will be available at a small cost. Also, to boost the fundraising, there will be a raffle. Tickets will be available on arrival, please could you pay cash for these.
To help the Interact Team prepare for this event, they kindly request that you complete the provided MS Form to register your attendance. Your support is greatly appreciated.
