Eco Conference

On Thursday March 14th 2024, Great Marlow School will be hosting an Eco-Conference to build awareness about the environment. The eco-prefects, Miss Addy and other collaborators have been exhaustively planning this conference and have a range of engaging activities planned.

The school’s Sixth Form Centre will be filled with vendors from all four pillars of environmental protection (Biodiversity, Waste and Recycling, Energy, and Gardening). Some notable vendors are The Chiltern Rangers, Marlow Energy Group and Marlow FM.

• On the morning of Thursday 14th March, groups of students from local primary schools will attend and participate in the event.
• In the afternoon, Great Marlow School and Borlase students will attend to expand their knowledge of environmental matters and learn how to move forward to improve our world and local community.
• From 3-4 pm, parents, carers, and community members are invited to GMS, to participate and appreciate all the great work being done in our community of Eco-Schools.
  It promises to be a great day and many thanks to all the staff and students involved in making it happen.
