Yr12 Parents’/Carers’ Evening: 24/1

Parents and carers of Year 12 students are invited to the virtual Parents’/Carers’ Evening on Wednesday 24th January 2024 between 4.30 pm and 7.30 pm.

This is an important evening and provides an important opportunity to meet, remotely, with subject teachers and discuss the progress of students thus far.

The school has an easy-to-use online appointment booking system, which allows parents and carers to choose their own appointment times with teachers. Once appointments have been booked, parents and carers receive an email confirming the appointments. The link to the online booking is shown below.

Online booking appointments can be made from Tuesday 16th January 2024 at 7 pm; closing date and time is Monday 22nd January 2024 at 6 pm. Should changes be required after this date, please contact Mrs Murray: cmurray@gms.bucks.sch.uk.

The virtual system is very simple and will connect you to your meeting automatically. Please ensure that you have a connection to the internet, a microphone on the laptop/computer that is being used. Alternatively, a mobile phone can be used.

All meetings are done through a web browser so there is no app to download or install.

Many teachers will conduct meetings from school, but some may choose to do so from home using the audio function only. Please be mindful of the environment in which you are communicating.
