Mental Health Information Evenings

• Session 1 – An Introduction to Mental Health was held early in October
• Session 2 – Adolescent Anxiety was held at the beginning of November

The remaining sessions will take place on the following dates and times:

• Session 3 – Low Mood on Tuesday 17th January 2023 – 6pm
• Session 4 – Self-Harm on Monday 6th March 2023 – 6pm
• Session 5 – Promoting Positive Behaviour on Wednesday 10th May 2023 – 6pm
