Kickboxing: GB Team Member

In the past year, Mika has made quite an impact on the GB Kickboxing scene. In February she managed to secure a Gold medal at the British Championships. By doing so she received a spot on the GB National Kickboxing Team.

Mika didn’t stop there, she continued to train hard to achieve her goals winning multiple other national competitions.

Alongside competitions, Mika prepared for her brown belt exam and successfully passed it. She will be representing Great Britain at the WAKO World Championships from the 1st until the 9th of October, which will be held in Jesolo, Italy.

Following a 12-week fight camp, in which Mika has been training every day with her home team and the GB team, she will be in the best fighting shape possible. We are so proud of her achievements and wish her the best of luck and every success.

Mika’s mother writes, “We are so incredibly proud of Mika and the outstanding commitment and responsibility she shows towards her Kickboxing. Not only is Mika committed to her own progress in the sport and is achieving great things, but she also supports and teaches younger children to be successful in Kickboxing too.”
