Yr13 Parent/Carer Evening

Mr Hollyman invites all Year 13 parents and carers to a virtual online Parents’ Evening on Tuesday 25th January 2022. In keeping with the hours of other parent/carers evenings it will run from 4.30pm until 7.30pm. Appointments can be made from Friday 14th January 2022 at 7 pm until Friday 21st January 2022 at 7 pm. Especially, in this time of restricted access to school, this is an important event that will provide an opportunity to meet, remotely, with your child’s subject teachers and discuss their progress towards their formal examinations. For Year 13 parents and carers the event will provide an opportunity to find out about your child’s progress in their final, crucial year of education at Great Marlow School.

The school’s easy-to-use online appointment booking system confirms the times and dates of appointments via email.

On the evening of the 25th January, please make sure there is good connection to the internet and a microphone on the laptop/computer being used.  Alternatively, and perhaps an easier way, is to connect using a mobile phone. All meetings are conducted through a web browser so there is no app to download or install. The website you join the meetings will be the same link used to book the meetings (see below).

All teachers will be conducting the meetings from school. Some teachers may choose to communicate using the audio function only. It is important that all taking part are conscious of the environment the meeting is being held in.

Please be aware that the meetings are time sensitive and will cut off abruptly once the allotted time is reached; this is a function of the software and cannot be controlled by participants.
