New Careers’ Newsletter

Having a career path is an important incentive to achieving success, which is why GMS host an annual Careers Day and has a highly experienced career’s officer onsite. To further promote careers there is to be a monthly Careers Newsletter. Parents, carers, students and staff can become more informed about opportunities post 16 through this newsletter.

This will be added to the Careers Programme page, Careers Newsletter Tab, under ‘School Life’ menu.

The first issue concentrates on giving support to National Apprenticeships Week 2021. This special issue has resources on work experience, understanding the job market, skills and much else required to help prepare young people for the fast-changing world of work.
