Welcome to the 2020 Sports’ Awards

Annually, the PE Department host a Sports’ Award Evening to celebrate all the fantastic effort, commitment and successes of our GMS students. This year, due to Covid19, the award ceremony was presented virtually and included a series of memorable video montages, photos, and citations.

 

Those who produced the media for this special virtual sports award have worked hard to include as many of the traditional awards as possible to celebrate everything that the GMS students achieved before lockdown: the week commencing March 16th.
Much credit goes to the PE Department, who have taken on this challenge in a term where hard work is accompanied by extra restrictions and, therefore, challenges.

All award winners received their certificate, medal or trophy, in a special year group assembly, held during the second full week back at school, after the half term holiday.
