Show My Homework

We would like to thank you for your patience and the support that you have shown over the past week. It has been a challenging time and as a school we want to support the students and get the balance right with the amount of work that is being set and also the way it is being assessed and marked by staff.

We have been made aware that a small number of students have had difficulties in submitting work via Show My Homework. We have been assured that the system is working correctly. Show My Homework have created a very good help video for students:

There is also a specific area on the website to support students and parents: https://help.teamsatchel.com/en/

If there continues to be an issue then I would suggest that students save the work to their “OneDrive” folder and then send an email direct to the member of staff and share as a “OneDrive” link.

The final point is that students may benefit and have better functionality if they login to Show My Homework via the web browser rather than the app.
