Sports’ Awards Evening – 11th July with Guest Speaker Kate Richardson-Walsh

The PE Department invite you to attend their annual Sports Awards evening on Thursday 11th July at 7.30pm. Our guest speaker this year will be Kate Richardson-Walsh OBE, Great Britain and England international hockey player. Kate Richardson-Walsh achieved 375 combined Great Britain and England caps and captained both sides for 13 years. Kate won 19 medals over the course of her career, across a number of different tournaments, most notably a bronze medal at the London 2012 Olympics and a Gold medal at the Rio 2016 Olympics.

Tickets are free for students who have taken part in one of the nominated sports being celebrated that evening.  For others, tickets are £5 for adults and £2.50 for children. As usual, there will be a cash bar serving both soft drinks, alcohol and light snacks during the break and there will also be a raffle draw.

Last year, this event was sold out so we would encourage you to purchase tickets asap to guarantee entry. Please purchase your tickets via ParentPay Shop, all the information you need is in the letter sent home.
