Mental Health Week, a few weeks ago, was an important event, because it raised awareness about this important topic in the minds of us all. For too long mental health was regarded as a barrier, but it needn’t be: ‘time to change let’s end mental health discrimination’ is trying to do just that. This year’s theme, Find your Brave aims to embolden children to be brave, open up, and find strategies to face the difficulty.
