A GOLD & BRONZE WINNER

For the third year running, Jemima Hay has retained her title of Buckinghamshire County Champion in the latest athletics championship. This is a first class achievement because, despite being one of the younger U17s, she leapt a Personal Best (PB) of 5.40 m to win the Gold Medal in the long jump (LJ)

Her PB takes her to 19th in the UK LJ rankings for all U17 women.

Moreover, Jemima won the Bronze Medal in the 80m Hurdles with a wind assisted PB of 12.78 seconds.
