Library Scholastic Bk Fair: 14/05/2019

For two weeks from 14^th May, the GMS library will be hosting a Scholastic Book Fair. The books on offer range from ‘Wonder’ by RJ Palacio to ‘Macbeth’. The fair is another important way to open up to students the different book choices that are available. The librarian has organised this event because she knows that a fair generates much attention and comment, especially when a dedicated selection of teenage books is highlighted and offered publicly.

Prices for books will range from £2.99 to £8.99, with the option to phone the payment in on 0333 305 2963 quoting our school customer id as 15000755. The books will be available for two weeks on a cash basis. Books can generally be collected on the spot, however, if a book proves to be very popular the librarian will ring through to the suppliers, who are usually very efficient in responding to requests.

Books will be available to buy before school, at break and after school. Depending on how many books GMS sell, the school will earn itself some rewards in the form of books,which can be chosen from the whole Scholastic range.
