Hockey Champions of South of the County Tournament

The jubilation of the Year 8 and 9 hockey team was shared by the whole school community when they became South of the County CHAMPIONS, this week. They were the only Secondary Upper at the tournament and remained undefeated all day against Borlase, Wycombe High, Beaconsfield High and Piper’s Court, a worthy set of opponents, thus GMS is an even more worthy winner.
The tournament is part of the England Hockey National Schools Competition, this means that the girls have passed into the next round of the competition, to take place on Wednesday 18th October.
