Blood Brothers Drama Workshop

On Monday 18^th April, a professional actor called Mike Southern came to school to run a workshop for the Year 10 drama students about Blood Brothers. He talked to the group about his experience playing one of the characters in the West End production. He provided much useful resources on accents, stage directions, and how to portray the various characters. All the activities helped the students have a deeper understanding of the play.

Overall, the workshop was an extremely worthwhile experience for all students as they prepare for their examination piece.

GMS would like to thank the drama staff for organising this workshop and particularly Mike Southern, who gave us all invaluable techniques in acting and stage direction.
