Record Breaking Quiz Night

FOGMS had much to celebrate after the 2016 Quiz Night, when they raised a staggering £1,200: a record breaking amount of money.
A huge thank you goes to the ‘more than 100’ wonderful parents, carers and friends of Great Marlow School who supported the FOGMS team by turning up to enjoy the evening. All money raised, including this incredible amount, helps fund important equipment that enhances the school environment and helps all the students flourish. The 2016 target of £10,000 is now a feasible goal.
To whet your appetite for next year, here is a selection of questions from the quiz master. Which country has the longest coastline? How many tracks does Grand Central train station have? Who lived at 32 Windsor Gardens?
There was a great mix of question types to ensure there was something for everyone. FOGMS and those who attended thank Tim Ashburner, from Marlow FM, who brought a professionalism to the evening.
