About GMS,
Key Stage 4,
Science
On Monday 15th February the dedicated science department at GMS are going to make a huge difference to the science outcomes of their hard working students.
On the first day of the February half-term holiday, a whole day is being dedicated to improving Science Controlled Assessment grades so that students will achieve the grade they so thoroughly deserve in their science courses.
Scientific experiments, which are fundamental to the discipline, will take place to improve not only the ISA scores of students but their scientific skills. Credit goes to the science staff who are so willingly giving their time to facilitate this, and to the young people who are ambitious enough to be involved. We wish them all the best.
