Whipsnade Zoo

Six members of the Technology Department took 72, Year 8 students to Whipsnade Zoo, just recently. The wonderful day began at 9.20, with a coach ride to the zoo. The favourite animals were the tigers, cheetahs, elephants, penguins and sea lions. The two highlights of the day were: the sea lions chat session; and the steam train across Asia. All the students behaved impeccably, they were a credit to the school.  The way students conducted themselves made the whole experience pleasurable for staff and students alike. Very tired the children arrived back at school at 4.40; many of them clutching soft cuddly toys purchased from the shop. These will form an important part of the technology project over the next few weeks.
