A Sad Farewell

Dear Parents and Carers

This special message on the website has a key purpose: to inform you that Mrs Cindy Stagg, Business Manager of Great Marlow School for 15 years is retiring from her position on Tuesday 30 June 2015.

Mrs Stagg has impressed all the staff, parents, carers and Governors with her great talent. She is a respected leader and manager who has managed the finances of the school successfully. The Governors have strongly praised Mrs Stagg for her financial acumen and her great skill in this most important and demanding role.

Notable successes include the excellent leadership by Mrs Stagg of the conversion to become an Academy, in 2012. Most staff and students did not experience any major challenges during this time, but the conversion process stretched the “back office” staff led by Mrs Stagg.

As School Business Manager Mrs Stagg came into contact with a wide range of people including Headteachers, fellow School Business Managers for other schools, school Governors, teachers, staff from Bucks County Council, external contractors and suppliers, I would like to thank her for her commitment, professionalism and resilience. She has been a highly valued member of the successful Leadership Team at Great Marlow School. We thank her and offer our very warm wishes for a long and lovely retirement.
