Shoes on for the Marlow 5 Mile Race

FoGMS have just under one month to go before the members run the Marlow 5-mile race on the 10th May, 2015. It’s shoes on and heads down for them with their weekly training programme, as they prepare to run to raise money for new installations at Great Marlow School, as well as becoming fit into the bargain.

You can do this in two ways:

2. Join them to boost the numbers in their running team.  There are 10 runners right now but they know there are more keen runners out there! Don’t be shy. It’s not far, it’s good for your health and it’s for a good cause! By joining the run you will widen the sponsorship  available too.

Training takes place twice a week: the meeting point is The Redgrave Sports Centre;
the time is 18.00 on Mondays and 19.00 0n Wednesdays.
