FoGMS says Thank You

As we come to the end of another academic year, FoGMS would like to extend sincere thanks to everyone who supported them. Be it a jar or bottle for the SummerFest Tombola; a chocolate bunny for the Easter Raffle; a stint on the bar at Peter Pan; wearing your 80s gear on at Club Tropicana; offering a bottle for the Xmas Hampers; or donated or bought used uniform. All of you have all made a huge difference to our children’s school experience this year and ongoing.

FoGMS is incredibly grateful to everyone for going that extra mile and caring.

Over this last year with all your support FOGMS has helped part-fund a new outside learning space; supported GMS Sports Leaders with sweatshirts; provided a new projector in the drama studio; added new picnic benches around the school grounds, for all students; and of course, provided another year of minibuses for
all students to use.

FoGMS have had a fantastic year of fundraising culminating in the summer term’s fantastic fundraising effort.

• £132.40 from Bag2School clothing donations
• £120 from out final First Aid course for this year
• £90 from PennFest tickets

FoGMS are thrilled to announce that, thanks to everyone’s contributions and involvement, our fundraising total for 2021-2022 is an incredible £22, 060 23.

We can continue to do so much with this incredible total, to benefit every student at GMS.

FoGMS doesn’t rest on its laurels and has much planned for the autumn term for our community to look forward to. Please see the schedule below.
