SIMS Learning Gateway Update

Great Marlow School uses an online facility called SIMS Learning Gateway (SLG); this is an internet based service that enables parents and carers to confidentially view their child’s reports and other attendance information.

We have been evaluating SLG over the last few months and were recently informed that, Capita, the software providers are terminating SLG as a service from next month and replacing it with a new product.

As a result, GMS have not been able to issue passwords to the Year 7 parents and carers. Therefore, the school wish to advise you that progress reports will be issued as paper copies and sent home until a suitable replacement solution has been chosen.

GMS apologise for this especially as our parents and carers have been so pro-active in returning the initial forms to us.
